John has held key culinary roles at luxury Sedona properties, including L’Auberge de Sedona and Enchantment Resort, where he helped create elevated guest experiences through sophisticated seasonal menus, elegant plating, thoughtful sourcing, and disciplined kitchen execution. Known for his calm leadership and attention to detail, he brings both creativity and structure to every kitchen he leads.
 
Today, John serves as Head Chef / Kitchen Manager at The Sanctuary at Sedona, where his culinary experience supports a deeper mission of nourishment, healing, and elevated guest care. His approach to food is clean, intentional, health-conscious, and grounded in the belief that every meal can help guests feel cared for, supported, and restored.
